Je cherchais donc une recette et j&rsquo;\u00e9tais alors tomb\u00e9e sur cette divine confiture de <a href=\"https:\/\/conserves.blogspot.com\/2008\/08\/la-confiture-de-bleuets-et-chocolat.html\">Vincent le Canneux<\/a>. Nous avions fait une demi-recette. Nous avions regrett\u00e9. Cette ann\u00e9e, aucune chance de passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 et nous nous \u00e9tions dit que ce serait sans aucun doute une <em>batch<\/em> compl\u00e8te! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai l\u00e9g\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 la recette \u00e0 nos go\u00fbts mais libre \u00e0 vous de prendre la version originale qui est plus riche en sucre, entre autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hey la la que c&rsquo;est bon!!! Le chocolat noir et les bleuets c&rsquo;est toujours un duo gagnant et cette confiture ne fait pas exception. Vos brunchs seront merveilleux avec ce petit pot de bonheur sur la table (ou \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re directe dans le pot&#8230;) !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped d'environ 8-10 litres car lors de l'\u00e9bullition les bleuets g\u00e9n\u00e8rent beaucoup d'\u00e9cume)<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9craser les bleuets grossi\u00e8rement au pile-patate<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le sucre, le brandy et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition<\/li>\n<li>Baisser le feu et faire mijoter environ 10 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le jus de citron et le chocolat et porter \u00e0 grosse \u00e9bullition<\/li>\n<li>Retirer et empoter en laissant 1\/4 de pouce sous le goulot\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Suivre\u00a0<a
