Le 3\/4 des gens \u00e0 qui je dis \u00e7a tombe \u00e0 terre et pense que je les niaise solide. Les l\u00e9gumineuses, surtout les pois chiches c&rsquo;est des genre de mal-aim\u00e9s. Pouuuuurtant! Je les aime moi! Grill\u00e9s, en mijot\u00e9, en pur\u00e9e, en hummus! On se le cachera pas non plus, \u00e0 la maison nous mangeons v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien alors c&rsquo;est une magnifique source de prot\u00e9ine, qu&rsquo;on affectionne beaucoup. Pi m\u00eame si ce n&rsquo;est pas le but de la chose, \u00e7a co\u00fbte tellement pas cher. Je vous le dis, \u00e7a parait sur une facture d&rsquo;\u00e9picerie quand on int\u00e8gre les l\u00e9gumineuses dans son menu! Pi je vous le jure c&rsquo;est siii bon quand on leur donne un peu d&rsquo;amour \ud83d\ude42 Bref, tout \u00e7a pour vous parler de mon hummus \u00e0 la betterave et au basilic que je trouve vraiment bon. Il me reste encore des belles betteraves au jardin alors cette recette est parfaite pour aller piger dans mon garde-manger ext\u00e9rieur \ud83d\ude09 Sinon c&rsquo;est encore le temps d&rsquo;en profiter dans les \u00e9piceries! Lss betteraves du Qu\u00e9bec sont encore bien l\u00e0! Avec des craquelins, dans un sandwich, avec des l\u00e9gumes, ce hummus est parfait! Dans mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s!
